  • An independent position with a lot of responsibility, where you will face new challenges every day
  • An entrepreneurial, open, and informal organizational culture
  • A market-competitive salary

The role

Do you get energy from working independently in a hectic, dynamic, and international environment with plenty of room for your own input? Do you possess the knowledge to help people with various HR issues and HR projects, and are you available between 32 and 40 hours per week? Then we are looking for you!

As an HR Advisor, you are the first point of contact for HR for operations and management for the cluster of sites in Bergen op Zoom (main focus) and Oosterhout, together with a fellow Advisor. Together, you form a strong team and the HR foundation within this cluster.

You provide both requested and proactive advice for all kinds of HR issues. In doing so, you work closely with operations and site management, work on HR projects, and further optimize everything that falls under HR within this dynamic cluster. For you, switching between different levels within the organization is no problem. For you as an HR Business Partner, this represents a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the further development of our organization and the further optimization of HR!

You will perform your duties during day shifts at various locations within this cluster; this will, of course, be in consultation with the other Advisor, with whom you form a close team. Additionally, you report to the HR Manager and locally to the Site Managers.

Your package of tasks consists of, among other things:

  • Taking on, initiating, and leading HR projects within the cluster (leadership, culture, etc.)

  • Supporting managers with personnel changes, training, sickness absence, recruitment and selection, etc.
  • Recruitment & selection of new employees
  • Providing support during interviews; including bad news, absence, and performance reviews
  • Answering questions regarding HRM policy and laws and regulations in this field
  • Everything else that falls under HR within this cluster!
