INTERNSHIP - HR Admin for Site Support Center

How you'll make an impact

As an intern within our HR Admin team, you will be involved in:

• Providing daily HR support via email to employees regarding policies and procedures;
• Ensuring accurate and compliant HR administration and keeping employee personnel files;
• Processing employee lifecycle changes, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding;
• Maintaining and keeping all HR systems up to date;
• Coordinating corporate Onboarding Day (twice a month);
• Contributing to a positive workplace culture, including Health & Safety and HR initiatives;
• Do you have ideas of your own that you would like to work on? We are always open to your ideas and input.

What you'll bring to GXO

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (HBO or WO level), preferably in Human Resource Management or a related field;
• Strong command of English, written and spoken and intermediate level of Dutch;
• Accurate, discreet, and able to work well under pressure;
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with an interest in planning and supporting employee engagement activities.
