The role

The Gazelle e-bike test centers are a great success! Interested visitors find us in large numbers to test bikes from our collection and receive personal and expert cycling advice. We receive many visitors annually, and those numbers are only increasing.

That is why you want to work as a Bike Advisor at Gazelle.

Together with the team, you ensure a great experience for the visitors.
Your sense of hospitality will truly shine here.

You help visitors find the bike that perfectly meets their wishes. This way, they leave with a big smile because they know exactly what they want and which Gazelle dealer they can buy their ideal bike from.

You are one of the faces of Gazelle and ensure that visitors are welcomed hospitably.
You provide expert advice and offer appropriate information about our bikes and their use.
You ensure that visitors can make the right bike choice and you encourage them to proceed with the purchase of a Gazelle at one of our many affiliated bike dealers.
In addition, you have an eye for the store appearance, the styling of the Gazelle e-bike test center, and the maintenance of the bikes.
By offering a special and personal experience for every visitor, you create new Gazelle ambassadors.

Your background

With your enthusiasm and hospitality, you ensure a great experience for our visitors.

You are a true team player with at least an MBO working and thinking level.
Experience in retail or hospitality. Service and hospitality are paramount!
Affinity with technical products is useful; preferably in the bicycle industry.
Commercial sense, customer experience, and being people-oriented characterize you.
Good command of the Dutch language.
Living in the Haarlem area
Flexibility: the busiest day in our ETCs is Saturday.
