Main responsibilities:

• Welcoming and advising customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Actively selling Lindt products and contributing to sales targets.

• Building and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

• Ensuring an attractive, clean, and well-stocked store.

• Performing daily retail and cash register duties according to applicable procedures.

• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal results.

• Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to improvements in the store.
