The role

Due to the growth of our production, we are looking for Operators for FrieslandCampina Ingredients in Veghel. In Veghel, we process milk from our own dairy farmers 24 hours a day. Together with your colleagues, you will create ingredients for customers all over the world, such as casein, whey proteins, and lactoferrin. You will work in a five-shift rotation and maintain oversight of the entire process from the control room.

What you'll do

As a process operator at FrieslandCampina in Veghel, you monitor the complete milk processing process. From the control room, you operate modern, automated installations and ensure that everything runs safely and according to plan. You keep a cool head and intervene when necessary.
You are also regularly found in the field. You perform process and product controls, take samples, and resolve small malfunctions yourself. With your technical insight, you quickly see deviations and adjust the process. Together with your colleagues, you work on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. What we ask

You are focused on quality; this is important for our products
Preferably MBO 4 in food products or process technology; VAPRO C or Operator C is ideal
You have a great interest in processes and technology and like to keep your knowledge up to date through training
You have knowledge of Office programs and preferably also of an ERP system such as SAP
You want to work in a five-shift rotation (average 33.6 hours per week)
You are available full-time

Vacancy description

At FrieslandCampina in Veghel, about 500 employees share the passion to get the most out of milk. Milk is, after all, full of nutrients and active substances that can be used as ingredients for existing products. Through a fully automated process, we extract fats, sugars, and proteins from the raw milk and cheese whey that arrives here daily. These nutritious and functional ingredients are then used again in, for example, sports and baby food, paracetamol, tompouces, milkshakes, and oral hygiene products.
