Facilities Department Technician (all genders) in the Netherlands

• At least MBO 3 working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of mechanical engineering, installation technology or similar;
• Technical affinity and experience with maintenance work;
• Basic knowledge of building-related installations;
• VCA Basis or willing to obtain it;
• Practical attitude and a great sense of responsibility;
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

• Salary between €3,100 and €3,950 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and suitability for the role;
• A full-time work week of 36 hours (32 hours is negotiable), 5% year-end bonus, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km with a maximum of 30km one way. Do you live further away? We would love to discuss the possibilities;
• 200 hours of leave per year, with the possibility to buy or sell up to 40 extra hours;

As a Technician for our Facilities Department, you support maintenance and repair work on building-related installations and facility amenities. Your tasks include:

• Guiding contractors during work on location;
• Identifying defects, deviations and points for improvement;
• Creating reports and notifications and handling work orders in SAP;
• Performing corrective maintenance and repair work;
• Checking building installations and registering findings;
• Maintaining logs and maintenance data;
• Performing pre-inspections in preparation for maintenance stops;
• Assisting with inspections and verifications;
• Supporting the Facility Coordinator with daily activities.
