• You have at least an MBO level 3 diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
• You have experience in mechanical engineering, preferably gained within a production or food environment
• You have basic knowledge of electrotechnics and the motivation to learn even more in this field

Our 7 production lines in Steenderen process about 80,000 kilos of potatoes every hour. Before they enter the factory, they pass through the Washing and Sorting plant. If that stops, everything stops. You will strengthen a down-to-earth team of 50 technical colleagues who use smart improvement methodologies to ensure the factory keeps running.

• You perform inspections and carry out preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns of the installations
• You quickly detect mechanical and electrotechnical faults and solve them professionally
• You analyze why a machine faltered and devise improvements to prevent this in the future
• You ensure the maintenance and correct management of all technical aids and tools
• You clearly register your performed activities in our digital maintenance system SAP
