What we ask

• You are in the third or final year of a HBO (applied sciences) or WO (university) degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or HR;

• You have an interest in recruitment, marketing, HR, sales, or employer branding;

• You are social, energetic, and get energy from making new contacts;

• You are creative in coming up with recruitment activities and like to think along about how we can put FrieslandCampina on the map as an employer;

• You work independently, take initiative, and dare to take responsibility;

• You speak fluent Dutch and English;

• You are available full-time/part-time to start from January 2027 for a period of at least 5 months. We would like to determine the exact start date in consultation, whereby starting earlier is possible.

During this internship in the Campus Recruitment team at FrieslandCampina, you will get a unique insight into the world of talent acquisition. You will help organize inspiring events, contribute ideas for creative recruitment campaigns, and guide the application process of trainees from A to Z. You will be the face of FrieslandCampina at universities, colleges, and student associations throughout the Netherlands.

Whether you get energy from setting up a large-scale recruitment event, conducting conversations with students, or building a strong talent pool - in this internship, you will get the space to learn, grow, and make an impact.

As a Campus Recruitment intern, you will work on organizing recruitment activities for Young Professionals: from interns to trainees. You will get a look into the full application process and help build a talent pool. Additionally:

• You (co-)organize our Inhouse Days, Recruitment Events, and are responsible for the internal community;

• You are the first point of contact for students and support hiring managers in finding the right intern;

• You collaborate with study and student associations throughout the Netherlands;

• You support the setting up and execution of the selection procedure and the campaign for our Global Traineeship;

• You help with the onboarding of interns and the introduction days for employees and trainees
