Manager Risk Technology - Technology Consulting

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree.
• At least 5 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years is practical experience with risk implementations (for example, ServiceNow, Archer, Metricstream).
• At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow implementations.

• ServiceNow certified, preferably in the area of SecOps or Risk.
• Knowledge and experience with the financial sector.
• Preferably knowledge and experience with DORA, COSO, COBIT, or SOC reporting.
• Knowledge of languages such as, for example, Javascript, HTML, and SQL.
• You feel comfortable in client meetings, pre-sales, communication, and leading and guiding implementation teams.

EY is a platform from which you can take ownership of (ServiceNow) risk technology propositions and bring them to market together with colleagues. This will allow you to learn the skills to, for example, function as a practice lead in the future.

As a basis for this transition, we are looking for colleagues who can function well as a Risk Technology Manager within our Platforms team. The focus within this team lies on the ServiceNow platform, but there is room to work on propositions around, for example, Archer, IBM Open Pages, and Metricstream. As a Risk Technology Manager, you play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities include:
•  Translating risk, compliance, and business requirements into technical solutions.
•  Aligning people, processes, and technology.
•  Advising on the migration of risk and controls (frameworks) to new systems and on required reporting.
•  Leading (offshore) implementation teams.
•  Ensuring that solutions are implemented according to design and that results meet business requirements.
•  Defining and promoting best practices in the field of implementation as well as (agile) way-of-working.
•  Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development.
•  Collaborating with colleagues from Cyber, Risk, Technology Consulting, and Business Transformation to realize integrated solutions for clients.
•  Supporting pre-sales processes, quotes, and propositions.
•  Advising clients on how technology can promote efficiency, sustainability, and business success.
