• Follow and analyze developments in healthcare, technology, and care processes to identify relevant trends and opportunities.

• Identify and explore new market opportunities, target groups, applications, and areas where Evondos can make an impact.

• Translate promising possibilities into concrete projects, pilots, and clear plans to test them in practice.

• Set up and supervise validation and pilot projects, collecting insights to test assumptions and determine the next steps.

• Develop and test new propositions, applications, and business cases to assess commercial potential and feasibility.

• Translate the results of pilots into recommendations for further scaling and support initiatives regarding financing, reimbursements, and subsidies.

You do not need to have all the answers yourself. Your role is to ensure that we ask the right questions, involve the right people, and convert promising opportunities into concrete action.

• Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in business development, innovation, project management, healthcare development, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into concrete next steps.

• Experience with identifying, assessing, and developing new market opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder management.

• A curious and learning mindset, where you explore, test, and continuously improve.

• You speak fluent Dutch and have a good command of English.

Experience with the Dutch healthcare system, healthcare financing, subsidies, or digital care is a plus, but not a requirement.

📍 Location: based in Zoetermeer. This is a hybrid position.

Working hours: 32-40 hours per week, depending on your preference.
