What you'll get

  • Flexibility: a hybrid role designed to support our Dutch R&D teams, with a rhythm that works for you.

  • Meaningful work: work that directly improves people's lives and supports the future of healthcare.

  • Growth: a fast-growing international environment with real opportunities to further develop your skills as the company grows.

  • Culture: a flat, inclusive culture focused on collaboration, in which impact carries more weight than hierarchy.

The role

About Evondos
Evondos is the European market leader in medication management, with more than 500 employees in the Scandinavian countries, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. Evondos' services enable tens of thousands of people who require medication to receive support with correct medication usage via our automatic medication dispensers. This increases and improves patient safety and treatment adherence. Evondos helps clients to continue living independently in their own homes. This reduces the pressure on home care, allowing them to focus on more complex care needs.

What you'll do

  • Taking the lead on software design: drive UX from the initial problem definition and wireframing to high-fidelity, production-ready interfaces in Figma.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: work hand in hand with local Product Owners and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and strong product alignment.

  • Forming the bridge with the design team: maintain a close feedback loop and constructive collaboration with the central UX design team in Finland.

  • User research & testing: participate in user interviews and usability testing, and translate complex workflows in healthcare into intuitive digital solutions.

  • Prototyping & iterating: build and test prototypes at an early stage to validate ideas before they are taken into development.

  • Ensuring accessibility: ensure that inclusivity and accessibility are built into the software from the ground up, rather than being added afterwards.

This is the role

We are looking for a Product Designer based in the Netherlands to strengthen our growing international team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process - from untangling complex workflows to delivering refined digital experiences.

While our broader design team is based in Finland, you will act as a crucial local bridge. You will work closely with your remote design colleagues, while being firmly anchored within the collaboration with both remote and Dutch Product Owners and Engineers.

This role focuses primarily on software UX design (web, mobile, and portal interfaces) rather than the physical industrial design of our hardware devices. We are looking for a thinker who excels at mapping user journeys, identifying areas for improvement, and making complex digital service flows understandable.

Why you want to work with us

  • Meaningful complexity: we are scaling internationally. You will design software that must be adapted to different markets, languages, and changing healthcare systems.

  • Shaping the process: our design team is still evolving. You will not simply follow a rigid manual; you will have a voice in how we work and scale.

  • Impact that matters: when our software is intuitive, the workflows of home care professionals improve and real patients can live more safely and independently.

This is you

  • Experience: you have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design.

  • Tools: excellent proficiency in Figma is essential for creating, sharing, and handing over designs.

  • Collaboration-oriented: you excel in close collaboration with technical teams (Engineers) and business stakeholders (Product Owners), and you enjoy working remotely with design colleagues in Finland.

  • Problem solver: a confident generalist who enjoys mapping user journeys and spotting areas for improvement in the user experience.

  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical colleagues. Additionally, you command the Dutch language at a B2 level or higher.

  • Plus points: experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated sectors is a plus, but not a requirement if you are strongly motivated by our mission.
