What we're looking for

Completed HBO or WO degree in UX Design, Industrial Design, Communication & Multimedia Design, or similar.
At least 10 years of experience within Enterprise UX.
Experience with setting up and conducting user research and Service Design.
Experience with designing complex mobile and desktop applications.
Experience with design systems and tools such as Figma.
Experience with implementation processes, user training, and aftercare.
Familiar with frontend techniques and collaboration with development teams.
Experience with SAFe, Agile, and Scrum.
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

What you'll do

As a UX Designer, you will work on digital solutions used daily by large groups of employees. You translate complex issues, user needs, processes, laws and regulations, and technical possibilities into user-friendly and effective digital solutions. In this role, you operate at the intersection of UX, service design, business analysis, and implementation. You collaborate with users, stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to improve digital products, applications, and processes. Depending on the assignment, the focus lies on user research, service design, interaction design, functional analysis, stakeholder management, and implementation activities.

Conducting user research and translating insights into concrete solutions.
Designing user-friendly mobile and desktop applications.
Facilitating service design processes and design explorations.
Creating user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design assets.
Supporting implementation processes, including user testing, user instruction, and aftercare.
Collaborating with users, stakeholders, product owners, developers, and other UX designers.
Representing user-centered design within Agile and Scrum teams.
Substantiating and presenting design choices to stakeholders.
Analyzing and improving existing processes, systems, and services.
Contributing to the further development and professionalization of UX within the organization.
Coordinating with adjacent teams to realize a consistent user experience and workflow.
