As Director Program Management, you will lead complex, large-scale transformation programs for national and international clients. You operate at the board and C-level and translate strategy into concrete programs, governance structures, and actionable roadmaps. In doing so, you combine strategic insight with execution power and work at the intersection of business, technology, digitalization, cloud, data, and AI.

In this role, you will work on:

• Shaping, governing, and realizing complex business and IT transformations, while ensuring progress, quality, risk management, and value creation throughout the entire transformation cycle.
• Advising boards, directors, and senior management on, among other things, program governance, operating models, change strategies, and complex implementations, and connecting stakeholders with diverse interests.
• Further developing the Program Management practice by building long-term client relationships, developing new propositions and assignments, sharing thought leadership, and coaching consultants and program managers.

You have:

• University-level work and thinking level; a university degree is a plus, combined with 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience, a significant portion of which is within consultancy, program management, or transformation.
• Demonstrable experience in leading complex, large-scale programs and transformations and with governance, program control, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and in advising and collaborating at senior management, board, and C-level.

• Strong commercial skills and demonstrable experience with business development. You take a leading role in proposals, tenders, and RFPs, contribute to client pitches, help develop innovative propositions, and build sustainable, trusted client relationships. Additionally, you are responsible for realizing €2 million in new bookings per year.

• Strong commercial skills and experience with business development, developing propositions, and building long-term client relationships, plus excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Understanding of the role of technology, data, and AI within complex transformations and the ability to connect developments in these areas to strategic change tasks.

Certifications such as MSP, PgMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar are a plus.

You will leverage the scale and expertise of Capgemini while simultaneously contributing actively to the entrepreneurial culture and further development of Capgemini Invent.
