The accredited laboratories of Eurofins Environment offer an extensive package of chemical, physical, and biological analyses in all environmental matrices in the Netherlands. Through years of experience, they possess extensive knowledge in the field of both routine analyses and non-standard analyses, including analyses of special compounds and micropollutants. Eurofins is a market leader in the field of specialist research; clients include water quality managers, Rijkswaterstaat, provincial and municipal governments, environmental consultancy firms, industry, and contractors. Approximately 700 motivated experts manage the process from sampling to the digital reporting of the analysis results. Analyses primarily take place in the large laboratories in Amsterdam (Eurofins Omegam) and Amersfoort (Eurofins Analytico).

You perform operations for the purpose of pre-treating sample material, such that:

• Using various equipment, you apply different techniques;
• Determine which actions must be performed based on the instructions;
• You signal peculiarities and present them to your supervisor.
• Ensure that the equipment is used in the correct manner and report problem situations to your supervisor;
• Handle the resources used responsibly, such that attention is paid to your own safety and that of others in the laboratory;
• Clean the workplace and provide it with the necessary materials;
• During the various activities, you adhere to the work and safety regulations.

For Eurofins Analytico B.V., we are looking for the following immediately:

• At least a completed MLO level 3/ level 4 in analytical and/or physical chemistry;
• The ability to work accurately for longer periods of time;
• An eye for efficiency improvements;
• Good speaking and language skills in Dutch;
• The ability to distinguish colors and numbers;
• The stamina to stand and sit for long periods;
• Competencies: involvement/commitment, flexibility/adaptability, good communication skills, result-oriented, careful action/accuracy.
