Microbiological Analyst

• Perform analyses according to regulations and schedules to ensure the timely availability of reliable results.

• Calculate, check, and report the analysis results, ensuring the recording of necessary data according to correct documentation rules.

• Escalate immediately in case of found deviations and non-conformities and ensure the corresponding reports are made to record data.

• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and timely maintenance according to work instructions and SOP, thereby helping to prevent downtime.

• Contribute to inventory management by using KanBan, ensuring orders are placed on time and sufficient stock is always available.

• Ensure a tidy and clean working environment by working according to 5S and cleaning according to the SIS list.

• Work in accordance with guidelines and regulations such as SOPs and work instructions from the document management system, monthly Behavioral Safety Observation (BSO), and general GLP/GMP requirements.

• Thereby ensure safety, quality, and well-being in the department and within the organization.

• Observe safety regulations and safety certificates regarding the handling and working with chemicals, including those established in the Environmental Management Act. Take into account the various personal protective equipment for yourself and your colleagues.

• Ensure a situation that is ready at any moment for audits or visits from management team members.

• Participate in safety walks and, in consultation, in inspection rounds or internal audits to contribute to organization-wide high quality.

Within the Microbiology Laboratory, we are looking for an enthusiastic and analytically skilled Analyst.

What are you going to do?

• A completed MBO education, preferably in the direction of Microbiological Analyst or similar.

• Laboratory experience within a manufacturing company, through an internship or work experience (Pre)

• Competencies: Accurate, critical attitude, analytical ability, flexible in attitude and behavior
