What we're looking for

You switch easily between our different worlds and know how to independently bring vacancies to a good result. You have:

At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, either agency-side or within a corporate environment.
HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.
Experience with independently filling diverse vacancies.
Experience with sourcing and actively approaching candidates.
Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week.

The role

As a Corporate Recruiter at Eurofins Food, Feed & Water, you are responsible for the recruitment of four business units in Deventer, Almere, and Heerenveen. You work for different teams, each with their own field of expertise, challenges, and labor market. As a result, you are continuously engaging with different target groups and hiring managers.

Recruitment holds a clear place within the organization at Eurofins. Managers enjoy collaborating with recruitment and actively contribute to the process. At the same time, there are opportunities to build further on sourcing, talent pools, employer branding, and labor market communication. In this role, you will be explicitly given the space for this.

What you'll do

You recruit for a wide mix of roles, from laboratory specialists to consultants. Thus, operational, specialist, and managerial positions.
You are responsible for the entire recruitment process.
You will be given all the space to further develop recruitment and implement improvements.
