What we're looking for

You really do not need to know everything about cars. We find it much more important that you enjoy interacting with people and that you organize things well.

You work neatly and maintain an overview, even when multiple cars are being delivered. You approach customers easily and explain things in an understandable way. Do you see that a customer does not understand something? Then you do not just rattle on, but you show them or explain it again in a different way.

Furthermore:

You are good with computers and learn new systems quickly;
You speak and write Dutch well and can also assist a customer in English;
Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer contact is a nice advantage, but not a must.
MBO level of work and thinking;
Retail experience is a plus, customer friendliness is essential;
Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
Administrative skills and knowledge of Excel;

The role

Make every car delivery a celebration!

What is truly fun, very fun, is picking up a new car, and then it is also a brand-new Xpeng. As delivery manager, you are the organizer and executor of this celebration.

What you'll do

You are the first point of contact after the sale of the car; as the Product Specialist from sale until the order, and from there until delivery, you manage the entire process to perfection.

You inform the customer, ensure the car is ready, go through the most important functions together, and explain, for example, what that one specific button is for. No complicated technical stories, but simply ensuring that someone drives away with a big smile and full of confidence. And all the information about the cars, you will of course learn that from us.

You:

Schedule appointments with customers for the collection of their new car;
Ensure the car is ready on time and check that everything is correct;
Coordinate with sales, the workshop, and the detailing company if anything else needs to be done;
Receive the customer and make the delivery a celebration;
Explain the most important functions of the car clearly and calmly;
Assist the customer with the paperwork and check if the payment has been arranged;
Process the delivery neatly in our systems.

How you'll work

And the beautiful thing? This job is flexible to arrange. For example, do you mainly want to work during your children's school hours? That is possible. We would love to look together at which hours suit you and us. You can work from Monday through Saturday, but working on Saturday is not a must.
