The role
Become an IT expert, be the first to discover the latest workplace products, and advise project teams during large tenders.

What you'll do
Focus on specifications: You are the one who ensures every detail is correct. You enjoy scrutinizing the technical possibilities of products and understanding them down to the last detail
Analytical approach: You work accurately with spreadsheets and other tools to identify the best products and solutions for tenders and quotation processes

Your role and influence as Product Specialist Clients & Mobility
Responsibility: You will receive responsibility for the technical support of workplace hardware during tenders and large requests, where you make the difference in a competitive market with your technical expertise and commercial insight.
Collaboration: Together with your colleagues, you support our sales departments with large requests for quotations and European tenders. When a customer is looking for the best solution for new workplaces, you are the person who is called upon. You immerse yourself in the latest business laptops, smartphones, workstations, and other devices and translate this knowledge into a distinctive proposition with which we win tenders and quotation processes, where you also work together with, among others, the Sales and Purchasing departments.
Core activities:
Determining and advising on the right range of workplace products during tenders and large quotation processes, where technical knowledge and commercial insight converge
Formulating targeted questions within project teams to obtain additional information and successfully respond to tenders
Maintaining intensive contact with large international manufacturers and staying up to date with the latest developments in workplace technology

For this specific position, you can expect the following:
You receive a €0.26 per kilometer travel allowance
Home office allowance of €2.45 per home working day, paid monthly

Who could be successful in this role?
We see you as a curious and driven person who works analytically and accurately, combines technical knowledge with commercial insight, and is enthusiastic about following the latest developments in the field of workplace hardware.
Additionally, it is important that you:
Have an HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking
Have experience with workplace hardware or a demonstrable interest in developing yourself further in this area, preferably within technical tenders or complex sales processes
Know how to combine technical skills with commercial thinking, are meticulous in drafting functional specifications, and can collaborate well with both internal stakeholders and external brands
