Are you an experienced leader who enjoys maintaining an overview in a dynamic, high-tech logistics environment? At DSV in Eemshaven, you will lead the Kitting team and ensure that materials and technical components are prepared accurately, timely, and according to the correct specifications for use in data centers.

As Senior Teamleader Kitting, you are responsible for the daily management, performance, and further development of your team. You monitor planning, quality, and productivity and ensure that the operation runs smoothly. In doing so, you manage the coordinators and employees, work closely with the Supervisor, and take the initiative to structurally improve processes.

• managing, coaching, and developing your team and the operational coordinators, while ensuring optimal staffing and clear division of labor;
• organizing and monitoring the entire kitting process, from material availability and order preparation to quality control and timely delivery;
• monitoring and improving operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, delivery reliability, safety, and 5S;
• identifying and resolving bottlenecks in capacity, planning, and material flows, while proactively coordinating with other departments and stakeholders;
• initiating and implementing process improvements and ensuring a safe, structured, and efficient working environment.
