You will make it happen
In this role, you ensure that major players in the oil and gas industry never come to a standstill. From drilling platforms to supply chains that run 24/7: you manage the supply of crucial goods, from heavy industrial engines to urgent deliveries. Every second counts, and you are on top of it. Together with your colleagues, you provide smart, efficient logistical solutions. This is logistics at the highest level: you are part of it.

How do you do this? You coordinate international shipments from order to dispatch and ensure that every step aligns perfectly. You coordinate with the warehouse to ensure goods have been correctly received and checked, arrange an appropriate transport solution, and monitor the completeness of all necessary documents and certifications. Additionally, you switch gears quickly when the situation demands it and keep your key accounts actively informed. With your eye for detail and sense of service, you ensure an efficient and reliable logistical process. You will achieve this by:

• processing and following up on customer orders in CargoWise and informing colleagues in a timely manner about the required actions;
• maintaining contact with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and international agents to coordinate shipments efficiently;
• proactively identifying and customer-orientedly resolving delivery problems, such as delays in transit or discrepancies that jeopardize timely and complete delivery;
• actively informing your contact persons at the customer about the status and progress of deliveries, both by telephone and by email.
