Join our export team and ensure that customers in retail, automotive, and healthcare can count on a true Champions League experience in export. No fragmented processes, but your own customer portfolio and the freedom to organize the entire process from A to Z. From customer onboarding, to the first booking, to the financial closing of the file. Top-level service; you are part of it.
What you'll do
How do you do this? We give you the confidence to organize your activities your way. Naturally, you bring knowledge of sea freight LCL, FCL, you are strong in relationship management, and you still get energy from operational activities. Your sprints ensure timely delivery. Hoppa! Another satisfied customer. You achieve this by:
- processing customer inquiries into bookings with shipping lines, gateways, and carriers;
- preparing export documentation, shipping instructions, and keeping your files in order;
- calling and emailing customers to share track-and-trace information or to resolve problems regarding delivery;
- onboarding and guiding (new) colleagues;
- we work with Cargowise.
You bring
- a positive and energetic work attitude;
- you are a self-starter and, based on your work experience, you can guide and develop others;
