Move forward as a Data Center Coordinator at DSV in Winschoten

Do you want to take a first step towards leadership within a high-tech logistics environment? As a data center coordinator within our Builds department, you are an important link on the shop floor and work daily with the team to ensure operations run smoothly.

What you'll do

Coordinating daily activities and supporting warehouse employees within our data center builds operation: you will contribute to this.

How will you do this? In this role, you combine coordinating tasks with active participation in the operation. You are visible on the shop floor, support colleagues, and ensure that everyone understands the schedule and can move forward. You work closely with the team leader or supervisor to ensure processes run smoothly, resolve bottlenecks, and implement improvements. This gives you the opportunity to further develop your leadership and coordination skills in a dynamic environment. You will achieve this by:

daily directing the team and ensuring optimal deployment of people and resources;
motivating, guiding, and coaching colleagues and acting as the first point of contact for questions or operational challenges;
monitoring productivity and progress, identifying deviations, and taking action where necessary;
actively participating in the operation, replacing the team leader or other coordinators during absences, and contributing to process improvements.

Your team stands out within DSV due to strong collaboration and involvement on the shop floor. In this data center environment, you work together daily on building and preparing high-tech infrastructure. From this role, you can lay a solid foundation for further growth towards team leader or supervisor.

You bring

MBO working and thinking level and an affinity with logistics processes;
a structured, systematic, and accurate way of working;
leadership qualities such as taking responsibility, showing initiative, and daring to address colleagues;
good communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
