Check(-in), but what exactly will you be doing?
This world is our home. As a Travel Advisor, you are the trusted face and point of contact for our customers. In the store, over the phone, and online: you ensure that customers are helped personally and effectively. You listen, ask follow-up questions, and know exactly how to find out what someone is looking for.

With your commercial eye and personal service, you make the difference. Whether a customer walks into the store to book a holiday, contacts us by phone with a question, or seeks our help online: you ensure a pleasant experience and are happy to assist the customer further.

You help our customers discover the world without a care by:

• Personally advising customers and helping them in the store to find and book their next holiday;

• Going that extra mile and thinking along about everything that makes their holiday complete and carefree;

• Helping customers in the shop, by telephone, and online with questions about, for example, seat reservations, luggage, transfers, or changes to their booking;

• Recognizing commercial opportunities and making customers enthusiastic about the possibilities that match their wishes;

• Building good customer relationships, so that customers are happy to return to you for their next holiday.
  
  Our customers are, of course, not only here from Monday to Friday. That is why our stores are also open on Saturdays and during shopping evenings. Together with your team, you ensure that someone is always ready for our customers at these times as well.

• You are customer-oriented, service-oriented, and commercial, and you get energy from helping and making customers enthusiastic;

• You have at least an MBO diploma, preferably from a tourism or commercial institution;

• Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not a must: with your enthusiasm, customer-oriented attitude, and interest in travel, we are happy to teach you the rest;

• You listen well, ask follow-up questions, and know how to translate the customer's wishes into personal and suitable travel advice;

• You are digitally skilled, quickly master new systems, and enjoy being in contact with customers via different channels;

• You work accurately and maintain an overview, even when you are dealing with multiple customers, bookings, and questions at the same time;

• You have a commercial drive: you see opportunities, dare to take initiative, and ensure with your enthusiasm and service that customers are happy to return to you;

• You are flexible and do not find it a problem to work on Saturdays and during shopping evenings.
