(Senior) Legal Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you are an important link within our team. You work on diverse legal issues for companies: from corporate governance to contracts and restructurings. You are strong in substance, but also a pleasant sparring partner for both clients and colleagues.

You are given the space to handle files independently, but also work intensively with colleagues from other disciplines at Crowe. Within the legal team, you work closely with the partner and two lawyers. This allows you to learn quickly and continue to develop yourself.

You make an impact: legally and in collaboration.

• You advise clients on corporate law issues in and around acquisitions;

• You draft and review contracts: from shareholders' agreements to commercial contracts;

• You guide legal processes and monitor progress and quality;

• You are a sparring partner for entrepreneurs and management teams;

• You coordinate with colleagues from other disciplines (for example, Corporate Finance, Tax, or HR Services) to arrive at integrated solutions;

• You proactively contribute to the development of AI applications and data-driven innovation within Crowe Legal;

• You identify (commercial) opportunities and think along about the further development of Crowe Legal.

• You have a completed university degree (WO) in Dutch law, with a specialization in corporate law;

• You have 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, including with acquisition processes (for example, within business services, law firms, notary offices, or as in-house counsel);

• You are analytically strong and know how to translate complex subject matter clearly into practical advice;

• You work accurately, but never lose sight of the bigger picture;

• You take initiative and dare to take responsibility;

• You communicate clearly and professionally, in both Dutch and English;

• You actively seek collaboration and contribute to building a strong team;

• You are a team player and demonstrate entrepreneurship;

• You have an affinity with AI (tool development) and data-driven services within Legal.
