As a Tax Consultant within the Tax Control Framework team, you help clients with effective tax risk management. With this, you ensure that tax returns no longer contain material inaccuracies and provide the entrepreneur with more insight when making important business decisions. This protects the entrepreneur against unforeseen financial impact (tax claims) and allows tax positions to be optimized. Our structured and multidisciplinary approach is characterized as concrete and practical. In doing so, we integrate tax risk management into existing processes as much as possible. In this way, controllability and practical feasibility are guaranteed. This approach offers you, as a tax specialist, a challenging role in which you will come into contact with corporate tax, VAT, and payroll tax.

• Thoroughly inventorying the wishes and needs of the client and translating this into possible solutions that align with them. Listening well and striving for sincere customer satisfaction are essential here.

• Supporting more experienced colleagues in preparing advice and/or tax returns. For example, preparing client presentations, proposals, and the preparation and checking of reports, documents, and other information required for tax advice and compliance.

• Regularly evaluating the state of affairs against the intended goal and signaling any problems that arise to your project supervisor.

• You are able to work out assignments independently, possibly in collaboration with junior colleagues. In doing so, you take responsibility for your part regarding delivery within the set deadlines and quality standards.

• Contributing to the improvement of internal procedures and signaling opportunities for innovation. Your input helps us to always stay one step ahead.

• Ensuring careful and structured file management and sharing your expertise within the team.

• Recognizing the importance of collaborating with colleagues, both with the tax team and with other disciplines within Crowe. You strive for a collective result and can show others that their contribution is necessary for this.
