As Lead Supply Chain Coördinator, you will lead the team that ensures, every single day, that the short chain between the supplier and our Warehouse runs as smoothly as possible. This allows us to always deliver our incredibly fresh products to our customers on time.

You are right in the middle of the operation yourself, but you also look further: you make the supply chain a little smarter every day, build the processes and way of working within your team, and ensure strong collaboration with our warehouse. In this way, you help build a Supply Chain department that allows us to continue growing.

What you will do

As Lead Inbound Supply Chain Coördinator, you and your team ensure that our suppliers deliver the right products, at the right time, in the right quantities. This ensures our customers receive their products delivered fresh and allows us to keep stock in our Warehouse as low as possible. That is a complex puzzle that we want to solve a little smarter every day. You provide direction to the team in this, keep the daily operation sharp, and simultaneously implement structural improvements. You have a lot of contact with external parties such as suppliers, and with other teams within Crisp such as our warehouse and the commercial team.

• You are the manager of the Inbound Supply Chain team. You coach and develop your team members, conduct the necessary performance reviews, and ensure that everyone knows what is expected of them.

• Together with the team, you monitor daily supply chain performance and hold ultimate responsibility for resolving disruptions. Where necessary, you step in yourself to monitor orders closely and switch quickly with suppliers and internal teams.

• You are responsible for the continuous improvement of our daily supply chain. You analyze where friction occurs, put improvements on the agenda, and ensure they actually land in the operation.

• You are the owner of the team processes and the way-of-working. You ensure clear agreements, distinct division of roles, and ways of working that grow along with Crisp.

• You ensure good collaboration with our warehouse team. You coordinate structurally, solve bottlenecks together, and build a relationship in which both teams make each other stronger.
