As Store Manager, you hold ultimate responsibility for our brand-new Coolblue store in Geleen. This means you also lead a club of (partly) brand-new Coolblue employees. Together with your Assistant Store Manager, you will focus on their coaching and development, and of course, on making customers extremely happy. Because happy customers mean good commercial results. Together with your Regional Manager, you will set the goals for your store, and together with your team, you will get to work.

• Lead the new store together with the Assistant Store Manager and make your team a little better every day.
• Dive deep into your store's metrics and drive performance based on them. 
• Put on your commercial glasses to use sales figures to visualize what can be improved.
