Are you ready for the next step in your retail career? As Assistant Store Manager at JACK&JONES, you are the right hand of the Store Manager and a coach on the floor. You motivate your team (the ONE CLUB!), think along about commercial opportunities, and ensure that everything runs smoothly, from customer experience to store appearance. With us, you get the freedom and responsibility to truly make a difference in leadership, results, and team dynamics. Together we OWN IT.

This is what your workday looks like
You start the day with a clear division of tasks, coach colleagues during work, and maintain an overview on the floor. Together with the Store Manager, you monitor the KPIs and adjust where necessary. You switch smoothly between staff scheduling, visual merchandising, stock control, and store administration. Meanwhile, you ensure that the store looks representative and the team is working with energy.
