Lead your team on a daily basis together with the Floor Managers.
Make your colleagues a little better every day, together with the Store Trainer, Repairs Team Leader, and the Floor Managers. 
Analyze the results of your store and proactively make improvement proposals to the Regional Managers. 
Use your commercial insight and the available data to set both short-term and long-term goals.
