Store Manager Trainee

What you bring:
• You have a secondary vocational (MBO) work/thinking level 🎓
• Preferably, you have work experience in Retail and already have a good understanding of store processes
• Experience with leadership or coaching? That is a big plus! You have the ambition to further develop yourself into a true manager.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good command of the English language
• Flexibility is important to you
• You have a results-driven and sociable attitude and love the dynamics of the retail world.

What you are going to do:
During your traineeship, you will learn everything about running a store. You will follow an intensive training program, in which theory and practice alternate, and work together with other trainees and your mentor. After the training, you will be ready to lead your own store!
