• A completed university degree. Experience with AI from your studies is a plus.

As an AI Engineer, you design and build smart, conversational customer journeys. You make our chatbots a little smarter and faster every day, so that customers are helped better. You write the prompt, build the prototype, and check on a large scale whether the outcomes are correct. You work daily on creating and improving multi-agent setups. In doing so, you use frameworks such as LangChain. You develop prototypes and perform systematic evaluations, for example with evals and LLM-as-a-judge, to measure the quality and performance of the AI. You scout for ways to make chatbot interactions more natural and reliable. And you actively contribute ideas for new AI applications within existing processes. As a future prompt engineer, you naturally write your motivation letter with AI. Therefore, do not upload a letter, but the prompt with which you would generate it. This way, we get a preview of your skills.

• Collaborating intensively with various domains to discover AI applications in their field.
• Experimenting with new generative AI models from, for example, OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic.
