You maintain overview in complex situations and know how to bring people along with your approach. You combine analytical ability with decisiveness and translate plans into concrete results.

Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.

• Completed HBO or WO degree;
• Excellent command of the Dutch (B2) and English (B2) languages;
• At least 5 years of experience within testing, including a portion in a coordinating role;
• Experience with test strategy, test approach, and quality assurance;
• Experience with Agile and/or DevOps environments;
• A TMAP or ISTQB certification.

You will work on challenging assignments at leading organizations in the public and private sectors and elevate test processes to a higher level: from strategy to successful delivery. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the development of our practice and help to further develop the content of the testing profession.

As a Test Manager, you are responsible for establishing and monitoring quality within projects and programs. You ensure that testing is not an afterthought, but an integral part of delivery. You create overview, bring structure, and ensure that teams deliver with a focus on quality.

You will be involved in, among other things:

• Drafting and implementing test strategies and test approaches;
• Leading and guiding test teams and stakeholders;
• Monitoring progress, quality, risks, and dependencies;
• Coordinating test activities within Agile, DevOps, and/or waterfall environments;
• Reporting on quality and test progress to stakeholders;
• Advising clients on quality assurance and process improvement;
• Aligning with stakeholders on scope, planning, and quality.
