• You have a completed HBO or WO degree (an IT-related degree is a plus);
• (Basic) knowledge of Agentic AI and Generative AI and the drive to apply this knowledge in your work in the future;
• You enjoy delivering high-quality work with an eye for detail;
• You are analytical and have good communication skills;
• You are proactive and goal-oriented
• You have a good command of the Dutch language (C1).

• Preferably, you have knowledge of/affinity with: Python, TypeScript, Java, SQL, XML and/or HTML & CSS.

• A starting salary of €3730,- (incl. mobility allowance of €750 and holiday allowance);
• 26 vacation days (with the possibility to purchase extra), expense allowance, and a
  salary growth model with a chance for an increase every 6 months within 1.5 years.
• A permanent contract immediately;
• Possibility for hybrid working (home office allowance);

During this period, you will learn how to use AI smartly to help improve the quality of IT solutions within organizations. You will work with modern technologies, achieve relevant certifications, and gain experience at clients.

After two months of training, the time has come: you are going into the field! Together, we will look at which assignment suits you. You will be seconded to large Dutch organizations, where you will get to work as a Test Engineer. The work you will do is very diverse. You can be deployed broadly on different types of assignments with various perspectives. At the client, you are often the linchpin. You look critically, ask questions, and want to understand what could go wrong. In doing so, you think from the perspective of risks and the user. All this with the goal of delivering value and contributing sustainably to quality and trust.
