Requirements

Tmap NEXT Advanced or ISTQB Advanced certification
Tmap NEXT Foundation
Working and thinking level at a minimum of HBO level (5 years)
Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written (5 years)
Scrum Master experience and skills (possibly based on certification) is a plus (2 years)
Experience with setting up and maintaining automated test scripts, preferably for .NET-based applications (2 years)

Nice to have

Knowledge and experience working according to Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)

The role

You have extensive experience working according to Agile/Scrum. As a tester, you initiate timely coordination regarding details, both with the members within your own DevOps team and the Product Owner, and between both if necessary. You 'close the loop' and ensure the test basis is in order. You have experience with setting up and maintaining automated tests.

Through your passion and energy, you get people on board. You are practical and pragmatic. If you run into trouble with test execution, you ensure that you get help. You find a good balance between precision and speed to be genuinely proud of the quality of your work. You feel responsible and never lose sight of the process.

As a tester, you participate in one of the Agile/scrum teams within the department and make a substantive contribution to the development process. An impactful role, because you work on functionalities that make a big difference.
