Senior Ethical Hacker

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €7,100, gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

As a Senior Ethical Hacker, you know that hacking is not about tools, but about mindset. You are curious, creative, and always searching for vulnerabilities before others find them. In this role, you take the lead in security investigations and are involved in the entire testing process.

• You help clients determine their security needs and advise on risks and measures
• You perform penetration tests and technical security investigations
• You guide clients in mitigating risks in the short and long term
• You collaborate with colleagues in multidisciplinary teams and actively share knowledge

• At least 5 years of experience with pentesting, red teaming, or ethical hacking
• A strong hacker mindset with the ability to creatively identify and exploit vulnerabilities
• In-depth knowledge of web, network, and cloud security (e.g., OWASP Top 10, Azure, AWS)
• Experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, and scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Able to perform both manual and automated security tests
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize risks based on business impact
• Strong communicator: you translate technical findings into concrete advice for stakeholders
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, or CRTO and the drive to continuously keep learning
