• Experience with data-driven change processes, process optimization, and performing analyses. Experience with valuation, business cases, and KPIs is a plus;

• A completed Master's degree (WO). Field of study does not matter, but many colleagues have graduated in fields such as International Business, Strategic (Innovation) Management, Business Administration, or Economics.

• A good command of both the Dutch (minimum B2 level) and English languages.

Enterprise Model & Strategy (EM&S) helps organizations design their operating model so they can better steer towards strategic goals. By reasoning from the value for the customer, we formulate objectives for various business units and optimize governance, roles, responsibilities, and processes. There is high demand for our expertise in various sectors, including Retail, Financial sector, Energy & Utilities, (Manufacturing) Industry, and the Public sector. Therefore, we are looking for enthusiastic senior consultants to strengthen Enterprise Model & Strategy.

From analysis and advice at a strategic level through to implementation, you help clients with strategic and organizational issues. Part of your work includes, for example, conducting interviews with stakeholders within the organization, facilitating workshops with management, and formulating new objectives together with the client. In this way, you ensure that clients better align and gain insight into their core processes and strategic objectives. Subsequently, you help them optimize management concepts and make the necessary steps transparent.

As part of EM&S, you focus on topics such as benefits management, portfolio management, business cases, target operating models, digital core transformations, and sustainability performance & reporting. Within these topics, we make use of various Capgemini proprietary models and techniques that we deploy in projects for our clients. In addition to delivering projects, you are also internally involved in providing training, exploring business opportunities together with your colleagues, and shaping new propositions.

• Hours: 32-40 hours

• Workplace: Utrecht, remote, and from home

• A government agency wants to modernize its IT infrastructure to better respond to the needs of citizens. You and your team prepare a solid business case that can shape the transformation program for implementing cloud solutions.

• An energy company wants to develop a sustainability strategy to reduce CO2 emissions and integrate sustainable energy sources. As part of the team, you perform a hotspot analysis that enables the organization to formulate concrete objectives for reducing CO2 emissions.

• An organization in the retail sector wants to implement an omnichannel strategy. As part of the project team, you think about how the required data analysis departments for physical stores and online platforms can be seamlessly integrated into a new omnichannel department.

• A healthcare provider sees the return on their investments in innovation declining, while the workload seems to be increasing. As part of the project team, you design the benefits management process to monitor the realized value of investments and to be able to adjust accordingly.

• Commercial activities by proactively spotting new opportunities at clients;

• The development of partnerships that can be beneficial both for our organization and our clients within the financial sector.

Both your advisory and communication skills are highly developed, and you take the initiative to do that little bit extra to deliver the best possible result for our clients and your colleagues. Solving problems under time pressure, as well as coming up with creative solutions and analytical insights, are qualities you recognize in yourself. Additionally, you are skilled at quickly absorbing and effectively applying information about digital developments. You are focused on collaboration, empathetic by nature, confident in content, and results-oriented at all levels in the client organization. You are also flexible regarding the location of our varied (international) assignments.
