• Completed HBO or WO degree;
• At least 6 years of demonstrable relevant work experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role;
• Experience with and knowledge of BPM, Requirements Engineering, Agile and/or Scrum, User Stories & Use Cases, Functional Design and/or BABOK;

• Affinity with data, digitalization, and (preferably) AI applications;

• Good knowledge of business operations and management processes;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both oral and written;
• In possession of a B driver's license.

As a Senior Business Analyst in Zwolle, you play a key role in complex organizational and change issues for various clients.
