• Gross monthly salary between € 6,120 and € 8,850 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed work-from-home allowance per worked day.

Your impact & responsibilities

AI is fundamentally changing how organizations work. As Senior Manager, you play a key role in translating (AI-)innovation into scalable business impact. You help clients make the leap from experimentation to real adoption and ensure that AI and other digital technologies are deployed safely, responsibly, and valuably within end-to-end processes. In doing so, you are the strategic sparring partner for C-level clients and the driving force behind our digital transformations.

Thought Leadership & Innovation

The Digital Process Excellence (DPE) team is part of Corporate Services Transformation within the advisory practice of KPMG and focuses on structurally improving and automating business processes using AI, data, and digital technologies, across a wide range of processes: from Finance to HR, and everything in between.

As Senior Manager, you are (ultimately) responsible for the successful completion of large and complex assignments in both the public and private sectors. To achieve this, you make use of your extensive knowledge and experience with methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and technologies such as RPA, AI, Low-Code, and Process Mining. You possess an extensive (client) network and are able to expand this further by independently and successfully acquiring new assignments. Additionally, you effortlessly manage senior stakeholders and board members.

You are seen as an expert within the domain of technological and operational process improvement. You bring innovative solutions to the team and develop new ideas for clients. Within the team, you fulfill a leading role: you apply your substantive knowledge at clients and actively transfer this to colleagues.

In addition to this connecting role, you will be given the space to independently initiate and manage (sub)projects, for example in the field of new applications, innovative use cases, or the further development of AI and automation technologies within our Digital Stack.

• Establishing guiding thought leadership in one or more technologies within our Digital Stack (Agentic AI/GenAI, Process Mining, Low-code, RPA, IDP, Chatbots).

Delivery & Transformation

• Leading digital transformation projects at large Financial Services organizations, where you respond to sector-specific issues regarding regulation, technological innovation, and customer-oriented process optimization. With a focus on successful execution and results.
• Designing, managing, and realizing digital transformation roadmaps.
• Solving strategic and operational issues through the use of Lean, digital technology, and data.

Team Lead & Talent Development

• Coaching, inspiring, and developing consultants from junior to manager level.
• Creating a high-performance team culture within DPE.
• Stimulating knowledge sharing and continuously further professionalizing our practice.

Business Development & Relationship Management

• Leveraging and expanding your client network.
• Independently identifying, creating, and securing new assignments.
• Acting as a trusted advisor at board and executive levels.
