PLM Analyst Windchill

• 5-7 years of experience in a role as a Business Analyst or functional application administrator, with demonstrable hands-on experience with PTC Windchill in a professional environment
• Strong understanding of PLM processes such as BOM management, configuration management, change management, and product data governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to connect technical and non-technical audiences, facilitate workshops, and reach consensus within diverse teams
• An analytical and structured mindset, with a proven ability to translate complex business issues into clear functional requirements, and an eye for data quality, system behavior, and process improvement
• Given the client landscape, fluent command of the Dutch language is required.

As a Windchill PLM Analyst, you act as the link between business processes and the PTC Windchill PLM landscape. At the same time, you play an active role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of PLM environments. This is a crucial technical role within the defense sector, in which you are responsible for the smooth operation, reliability, and further development of the PTC Windchill PLM system and the associated interfaces, including:

• Gathering and translating stakeholder needs from engineering, operations, and IT into clear functional specifications, and supporting and driving PLM implementations, upgrades, and configurations of Windchill solutions
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes surrounding product data management, configuration management, and document management, including support for data validation, migration checks, and ensuring a high level of product data governance
• Ensuring system stability and operational excellence by supporting the daily Windchill environment, investigating functional issues, and identifying recurring inefficiencies to implement structural improvements
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, guiding end users in best practices, and ensuring smooth adoption of PLM solutions
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of PLM processes, tooling, and methodologies, including support for change management and testing activities.

• Collaborating with leading industrial clients and government organizations
  You will work on projects for leading industrial clients and government organizations from the Netherlands, and participate in both local and international trajectories.
