The role

Provide change management support to EuroQCI activities, including secretariat services and change impact assessments.

As part of the Service team, you will have the following responsibilities:

What you'll do

The EuroQCI Engineering Board
The Programme Configuration Control Board (PCCB)
Preparation and circulation of meeting agendas
Organisation of meeting dates, logistics, and document distribution
Collection and consolidation of input documentation
Preparation and issuance of Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
Tracking of actions and decisions
Description of the proposed change
Assumptions
Impact assessment
Conclusions and recommendations

Qualifications

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

Master's in Engineering or equivalent university degree;
At least 5 years of experience in project management or change management
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
