Are you an experienced consultant in the field of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and do you have a passion for optimizing maintenance processes and asset management? At Capgemini, we are looking for a senior EAM consultant who can help us improve asset management strategies, processes, and digitalization for our clients, in both the Public and Private sectors.

Core tasks:
• Advising, planning, and executing projects focused on the development and optimization of EAM processes.
• Analyzing existing maintenance processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Implementing and adapting EAM methods and new processes.
• Coordinating communication between IT and operational maintenance teams.
• Conducting assessments and drafting recommendations and solution concepts.
• Guiding and supporting junior/medior EAM consultants.
• Ensuring the highest customer satisfaction by working closely with client stakeholders.

Together with about 350 colleagues, you form the Domain practice. Within Domain, we recognize three areas of expertise: architecture, business analysis, and transformation and project management. From Domain, we serve the government, retail, and industry sectors. Together, we will look at which domain best suits you. During an assignment, you will work within the client's team. These may be Capgemini colleagues; often these are team members working at the client as an architect, scrum master, agile coach, or developer. Plenty of people to brainstorm with, then. We also regularly organize knowledge sessions, practice meetings, pub quizzes, and 'chats in the square' about interesting public topics. You are very welcome at all our activities. • At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management, preferably with knowledge of at least one of the leading EAM solutions (SAP EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo).
• Extensive knowledge of maintenance management and continuous improvement.
• Strong project and change management skills in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience managing expert teams and senior stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented and commercially minded with a proactive attitude.
