As a Business Architect at Sopra Steria, you will provide substantive leadership at the intersection of business and Pega. You oversee the whole picture. You understand how processes are interconnected, where the real bottlenecks lie, and how to design a future-proof solution for them.

You work intensively with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Pega Consultants. You set the direction. You safeguard coherence, priority, and business value, from the first client conversation to a working solution.

In this role, you will primarily focus on:

You are a sparring partner for both the client and your team. You ask the right questions, make sharp choices, and ensure that solutions not only work, but continue to work.

You work hybridly from our office in Nieuwegein, combined with client locations and home. Within RulesMatter, you will be given the space to take responsibility and truly provide direction.

• Translating strategic business goals into a clear Pega approach and roadmap

• Designing Microjourneys and establishing a logical, scalable foundation

• Guiding teams in realizing a Minimum Lovable Product that delivers immediate value

• You have extensive experience in a role as a Business Architect or as a senior business analyst with clear ultimate responsibility
• You can translate strategic goals into a concrete approach, roadmap, and design
• You have experience in designing process architectures and setting up coherent solutions
• You move easily between stakeholders, development teams, and management
• You speak Dutch at a minimum B2 level and feel comfortable in a client environment

Experience with Pega and certification as a Business Architect is strongly desired. Do you not have this yet, but do have demonstrable experience in comparable BPM or low-code environments? Then we will look at that seriously.
