Your opportunities as a Senior Digital HR Transformation Consultant at Capgemini

You are the expert who helps our clients take their HR organization to the next level. You are a strategic sparring partner, guide implementations, and lead workshops. Additionally, you coach junior and medior colleagues and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within our community.

• Translating complex business issues into smart HR/WFM solutions.
• Taking the lead in HR transformations and process optimizations.
• Utilizing trends and innovations to make clients future-proof.

If you bring this, we will have a good conversation:

• A completed HBO or WO degree.
• Knowledge and experience with HR tools such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, AFAS, Workday and/or with WFM tools such as UKG, Quinyx, or BlueYonder.
• Affinity with retail.
• Experience working in a commercial organization, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to switch easily in rapidly changing environments.
• Configuration and integration knowledge of the aforementioned HR/WFM tools or with other tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English: you write clear pieces and can also convey your story convincingly orally.
