• Inspiring individuals and teams by promoting Agile values and principles and acting as a role model.
• Coaching and advising middle and senior management to optimally align transformation goals and strategies.
• Designing and implementing Agile working models that accelerate processes and maximize value creation.
• Building bridges between teams and departments to promote collaboration and synergy across organizational boundaries.
• Contributing to the growth of our organization by strengthening client relationships and expanding our Agile footprint.

As an Agile Coach at Capgemini, you help clients with their agile transition. You work with clients from diverse sectors and help them at various levels of Agile maturity. You do this at an organization-wide level; you are therefore involved in both coaching the MT and coaching the collaboration between different teams.

With your experience in designing effective workshops and coaching people in a tailored manner, you know how to inspire and support others. You are a flexible trainer and think along about how leadership can take shape in a servant manner. Thanks to your strong business and process knowledge, you can approach complex changes practically and purposefully.

• HBO or WO working and thinking level
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Certification as Agile Coach, Professional Scrum Master I / II
  CLP - Certified LeSS Practitioner, LEAD IT Coaching leadership training, ICP-ACC- Agile Coaching, PAL I - Professional Agile Leadership I
• Knowledge and experience of Agile principles, frameworks, scaling models, and methodologies
