Pay & benefits
What you'll get
Salary: € 15.20 - € 15.40 gross per hour.
Allowance: On top of your wage, you receive an extra € 0.75 per hour worked.
Early birds: Do you start before 06:00? Then you receive an extra irregularity allowance (the earlier you start, the more you earn).
Hours: In consultation, between 28 and 36 hours per week.
Working hours: Start between 05:00 and 07:00 (finished in the early afternoon).
Extras: Free lunch, work clothing, 25 vacation days, and pension.
Growth: Opportunity to obtain your C/CE driver's license through us.
The role
The job: As a Driver's Assistant, you are the extra strength on the truck within the North Holland region. Together with the driver, you supply the hospitality industry, but thanks to your Category B driver's license, you also drive the service vehicle independently for follow-up deliveries or to assist colleagues.
What you'll do
In this process, your attitude counts 100%. We are looking for someone who doesn't wait around, but takes action.
Physically fit: You enjoy being active all day with kegs, crates, and roll containers.
Reliable: The driver and the customer rely on you. You are always on time and you put your shoulder to the wheel.
Eager to learn: You watch closely how the driver maneuvers and handles the vehicle. You truly want to learn the trade.
Customer-oriented: You are the visiting card of the business and remain friendly, even when it is busy at a customer's location.
Early bird: You have no trouble getting up while the rest of the Netherlands is still sleeping.
