Salary in accordance with FWG 55 of the ZKN collective labor agreement: €4,043 to €6,058 gross per month based on 40 hours, excluding holiday allowance and year-end bonus.
A year-end bonus of 8.33% and a holiday allowance of 8%.
A contract with a view to permanent employment.
160 vacation hours and 72 PLB hours per year based on a full-time employment of 40 hours.
Possibility to obtain a POS certification or post-anesthesia training via Bergman Clinics.
Access to more than 100 online trainings via the Bergman Academy.

Work as an Operating Room Assistant in our clinic in Hilversum and contribute every day to safe, high-quality care. You will work in a modern environment where specialist treatments take place within, among others, skin care, eye care, and women's care. As an Operating Room Assistant, you ensure that procedures proceed safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards. Thanks to your expertise, medical specialists can perform their work optimally and clients receive the personal attention and care they deserve.
You instrument, assist, and circulate during outpatient surgeries.
You support the medical specialist in positioning, disinfecting, and draping the client.
You check the surgical schedule in advance and ensure that instruments, materials, equipment, and client data are completely present.
You manage and monitor the operating room and prepare medical equipment for use according to the applicable quality and safety requirements.
You actively participate in consultations and contribute to the development of care, the team, and the organization.
You work accurately and have an eye for quality and patient safety.
You switch easily between different situations and remain calm when the schedule changes.
You enjoy working together with doctors and colleagues within a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to participate in on-call or standby shifts, if applicable.
