Dermatologist - East Netherlands

You are a dermatologist with a current BIG and RGS registration; additionally, an entrepreneurial attitude and a desire to strive for perfection for the patient and the working environment are characteristic of you.

• A collaboration based on an employment contract (AMS) or based on a service agreement. In addition to the salary, we also offer an extensive package of secondary employment benefits including: a pension scheme at PFZW and variable bonuses of up to 10%

• Based on a full-time employment (45 hours p/w), you are entitled to 30 days/270 hours of vacation per year, 10 conference days, and an 8% holiday allowance.

• We offer a travel allowance for commuting of 0.23 cents per km, with a maximum of 80 km one way

As a (Mohs) dermatologist at Bergman Clinics in East Netherlands, you will work on one (or more) of our locations in Ede, Doetinchem, or Enschede within a close-knit and collegial team across the full breadth of the profession. You will be fully supported by experienced medical assistants so that you can focus on personal, high-quality care. The lines of communication are short, the atmosphere is informal, and collaboration is central. At Bergman Clinics, you can practice the profession of dermatology in its full breadth - from the treatment of acne and hyperhidrosis to the guidance of patients with a melanoma. Also, prescribing biologicals and utilizing UVB light therapy for home use are part of your work.

As a dermatologist, you will primarily focus on conducting consultation hours, during which you will see a patient every 10 minutes together with a medical assistant.

Our medical assistants play an essential role and are indispensable links within the treatment team; they take a wide range of medical-technical and organizational tasks off your hands, such as preparing for and assisting during consultations, assisting during skin biopsies (ZBK), providing patient instructions, and maintaining the EHR. Thanks to this expert support, you as a dermatologist can focus entirely on high-quality, personal care and on further improving the quality within the Skin & Vessels division.

As a dermatologist at Bergman Clinics, you will work in a -selected based on collegiality- team of dermatologists. At our location in Leiden, you will provide high-quality dermatological care to patients daily together with the team.

Are you a certified Mohs dermatologist? Then there is room for a division of duties where you perform Mohs surgery combined with outpatient clinic duties.

Following an internal training program to become a Mohs dermatologist at one of our Mohs clinics from Bergman (locations throughout the country) is also among the possibilities. Do you want to specialize in phlebology and/or proctology? Then we are also happy to offer you this opportunity.

Within Skin & Vessels, we focus on the care programs for (Mohs) dermatology, proctology, and varicose vein care. The treatment team of (Mohs') dermatologists, surgeons, vascular technicians, Mohs' analysts, and medical assistants works together intensively and is collectively responsible for the entire process surrounding the patient.
