Learning & Development Internship – Berenschot Academy

As a Learning & Development intern, you will work on further professionalizing our educational programs. You will focus on optimizing and structuring existing training sessions and strengthening the blended learning experience. Concretely, this means you:

• prepare scripts for existing training sessions and curricula;

• contribute ideas for improving didactic structure and teaching methods;

• add assignments, teaching materials, literature, and articles to our online learning environment;

• utilize the online learning environment in such a way that it strengthens learning during and between classroom sessions;

• collaborate on the further development of our learning methodology and formats.

You will work closely with our advisors and trainers who are substantively responsible for the training and carry it out.

• You are following a HBO or WO degree in Educational Science, Learning & Development, HRD, Applied Psychology, Communication Science, or a similar field.

• You have an affinity with blended learning, instructional design, and digital learning environments.

• You work carefully and in a structured manner.

• You have a proactive attitude and enjoy thinking along about how learning can be organized more effectively.

• You are enrolled at an educational institution throughout the entire internship period

In addition to your internship, you can participate in the Berenschot Internship Plus Program: a training program of approximately 3.5 months that offers training in the fields of advisory knowledge, skills, and personal development. This requires an average of one half-day every two weeks.
