Senior Financial Controller

You will do this within our Finance & Accounting team.

To shape this, you will take a leading role in the annual reporting process and the further professionalization of ESG reporting. In this, you will take explicit ownership and act as a content and process leader. You translate complex reporting issues into workable processes and clear insights. You operate with a high degree of independence, set priorities, and bring structure to an environment that is in full development. Additionally, you analyze financial results and interpret the figures within their context. You actively engage with stakeholders, advise at various levels (up to the board), and know how to bring colleagues along in changes and improvements.

This is how you add value
First, we look at who you are. What you can do. How you successfully apply your analytical skills and persuasiveness as a Senior Financial Controller. After that, we look at whether you possess:

• RA/RC or comparable working and thinking level.  
• Demonstrable experience with external reporting and annual reporting processes.  
• Experience with ESG reporting and/or the ambition and drive to fulfill a leading role in this.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate figures into insights.
• Experience in a complex matrix/stakeholder environment and communicating at a senior level.
