Financial Controller

• A gross monthly salary between € 5,011, - and € 5,895, - depending on work experience, contribution to health insurance, a bonus, and a 13th month;

As a Financial Controller, you are a key link in preparing, analyzing, and further developing periodic reports for the management of Business Unit Eurofiber Nederland. You combine financial expertise with a sharp eye for data and business processes. From the financial system, you translate complex data into clear insights and management information that enables the business to make better-informed decisions.

Your role goes beyond reporting figures alone. You are a critical partner for both Finance and the business, and you actively contribute to improving processes, data quality, and organizational performance.

• Preparing and further developing financial reports, analyses, and KPI dashboards.
• Discussing and explaining monthly results with business controllers and other stakeholders.
• Coordinating the reconciliation between operational and financial systems to ensure the completeness and reliability of data.
• Organizing and preparing external audits.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting.
• Acting as a sparring partner for the Teamlead Finance and contributing to various financial issues.
• Identifying and analyzing deviations compared to budgets, forecasts, and previous periods.
• Supporting strategic projects through financial analyses, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Contributing to the management and further professionalization of policies, data flows, and information flows within the organization.
